Support individuals and families affected by cancer by offering connection, comfort, and a welcoming presence. As a Cancer Services Volunteer, you help ensure that no patient or loved one feels alone by providing companionship, sharing resource information, and assisting with day‑to‑day needs on the unit. Your role contributes to a warm, supportive environment for all who visit.

Cancer Services Volunteers:

• Greet incoming patients and guests
• Connect with patients and their loved ones, offering companionship and support
• Serve as a welcoming and reassuring presence in the community
• Educate patients about cancer‑related resources available throughout the community
• Restock the supplies room
• Prepare and offer snacks and drinks for patients
