Located at our newly built Cayuga Park facility, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and guests. In this vital role, you warmly welcome individuals who enter, ensuring a positive and supportive start to their experience with us. Your presence helps set the tone for exceptional care and service throughout their visit.

Guest Services Volunteers:

  • Direct patients to their destinations
  • Contact practices to arrange pickup for patients with mobility needs
  • Receive packages and notify the appropriate departments for collection
  • Assist with special projects as needed
