Medical Records Volunteer

Description

Support quality patient care by helping maintain organized medical records and improving department functionality. Medical Records Volunteers complete administrative tasks and stock supplies, addressing service needs as they arise. Specific projects may be assigned to enhance the department's operations. Your work ensures healthcare providers have immediate access to the information they need.  

Medical Records Volunteers:  

  • Assemble packets, charts, folders, tube sets, mailing materials
  • Perform office/event tasks as directed
  • Stock supplies and inform Volunteer Coordinator of needed supplies
  • Help maintain a clean and orderly area
